2ND INVITATION TO BID FOR CLUSTER 26-38 Supply & Delivery of Bangus Fishcage Project (Fingerlings, Feeds, Boat, Nets, Device/Tool or Equipment) for Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager 1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVENTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P17,981,350.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cluster 26-38 Supply & Delivery of Bangus Fishcage Project (Fingerlings, Feeds, Boat, Nets, Device/Tool or Equipment) for Office of the Provincial Public Employment Service Manager. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for Cluster 26-38 Supply & Delivery of Bangus Fishcage Project (Fingerlings, Feeds, Boat, Nets, Device/Tool or Equipment) using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required: for fingerlings- One (1) week after the installation of Fishcage, for feeds- upon demand of the End user, for Transportation Boat, Fishcage, Fish Nets, Device, Tool or Equipment- within sixty (60) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
