INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY TO BID The Local Government Unit of Matag-ob, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Suppliers /Manufacturers/Distributors/ Contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder projects. Name of Projects : Purchase of Diesel fuel for the 4th Quarter Location : Brgy. San Guillermo, Matag-ob, Leyte Appropriation : Php 1,090,000.00 Source of fund : Current MOOE of MMO, PNP & BFP OFFICE Description Quantity Unit Other General Requirements DIESEL 10,000 Liters Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar profit within the (the last two years) with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed profit for bidding. The Eligibility Check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use nondiscretionary (pass/fail) criteria. All particulars relative to eligibility statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conferences, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall govern by the pertinent provision of R.
