The Municipal Government of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental, through Local Government Support Fund – FALGU FY 2024 – Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 2,100,000.00) only being the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Pick-Up Type of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO) of the Municipal Government of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental which will be implemented BY CONTRACT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipal Government of Sta. Maria, Davao Occidental now invites bids Procurement of One (1) Unit Pick-Up Type. Delivery period is ninety (90) calendar days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in Section II, Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive public bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” (NGPA). The award criterion is Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 12009. 4.
