P – 2026 – 12: Construction/Completion of Beas Agricultural Tramline System Phase II

1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for P – 2026 – 12: Construction/Completion of Beas Agricultural Tramline System Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko) now invites bids for the contract P – 2026 – 12: Construction/Completion of Beas Agricultural Tramline System Phase II at Mabaay, Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope of works to be accomplished includes the following: 1.00 Lot Project Billboard/Signboard, 1.00 Each Permanent Monument & Marker, 1.00 Lot Prime Mover, 1.00 Lot Carriage Assembly, 1.00 Lot Track Cable & Accessories, 1.00 Lot Traction Cable & Accessories, 147.84 Kg. Reinforcing Steel Bar (Grade 40), 0.90 Cu. M. Structural Concrete (Class A), 21.51 Sq. M. Masonry Work, 1.00 Lot Door & Window, 66.02 Sq. M. Plastering, 392.00 Cu. M. Roadway Excavation (Unclassified), 63.38 Cu. M. Aggregate Base Course, 343.00 Sq. M. Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, 197.23 Grouted Riprap (Class A) and 58.50 Li. M. Curb & Gutter. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
