P – 2026 – 15: Construction/Rehabilitation of Bila Footbridges

1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for P – 2026 – 15: Construction/Rehabilitation of Bila Footbridges. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko) now invites bids for the contract P – 2026 – 15: Construction/Rehabilitation of Bila Footbridges at Bila, Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope of works to be accomplished includes the following: 1.00 Each Project Billboard/Signboard, 1.00 Lump Sum Occupational Safety & Health Program, 1.00 Each Permanent Monument & Marker, 183.76 Cu. M. Structure Excavation Soft Rock), 11.73 Cu. M. Structure Excavation (Hard Rock), 273.70 Sq. M. Formwork & Falsework, 313.00 sq. M. Portland Cement Concrete Pavement, 4,398.40 Kg. Reinforcing Steel Bar, 50.88 Cu. M. Structural Concrete, 241.56 Cu. M. grouted Riprap (Class A) and 351.90 Li. M. G.I. Pipe Railing. Completion of the Works is required 82 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
