P – 2026 – 14: Improvement/Rehabilitation of Antakeb Ground

1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (P 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for P – 2026 – 14: Improvement/Rehabilitation of Antakeb Ground. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko) now invites bids for the contract P – 2026 – 14: Improvement/Rehabilitation of Antakeb Ground at Guinzadan Central, Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope of works to be accomplished includes the following: 1.00 Each Project Billboard/Signboard, 1.00 Lump Sum Occupational Safety & Health Program, 1.00 Lot Mobilization & Demobilization, 6.80 Cu. M. Removal of Concrete Structure, 368.81 Cu. M. Structure Excavation (Common Soil), 469.43 Cu. M. Embankment (From Burrow), 231.76 Cu. M. Grouted Riprap (Class A), 950.00 Cu. M. Gabion, 9,495.88 Kg. Reinforcing Steel of Reinforced Concrete Structure (Grade 40), 21.60 Sq. M. Structural Concrete for Footing (Class A, 28 Days), 45.72 Sq. M. Structural Concrete for Column & Beam (Class A, 28 Days), 306.54 Sq. M. Formwork & Falsework and 1.00 Each Permanent Monument & Marker. Completion of the Works is required 223 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
