P – 2026 – 16: Construction/Improvement of Mabilig – Bato Farm to Market Road
MUNICIPALITY OF BAUKO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
1) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (P 20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for P – 2026 – 16: Construction/Improvement of Mabilig – Bato Farm to Market Road. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Local Government Unit of Bauko (MLGU-Bauko) now invites bids for the contract P – 2026 – 16: Construction/Improvement of Mabilig – Bato Farm to Market Road at Sadsadan, Bauko, Mountain Province. Scope of works to be accomplished includes the following: 1.00 Each Project Billboard/Signboard, 1.00 Each Permanent Monument & Marker, 1.00 Lump Sum Occupational Safety & Health Program, 1.00 Lot Mobilization & Demobilization, 3.73 Cu. M. Removal of Structure & Obstruction,12.00 Li. M. Removal of RCPC (24” Dia., 610mm), 1,187.50 Sq. M. Removal of Existing Concrete Pavement (0.23 Thick), 239.40 Cu. M. Embankment (From Burrow), 1,039.40 Cu. M. Roadway Excavation (Unsuitable), 387.08 Cu. M. Structure Excavation (Common Soil), 3,696.70 Sq. M. Sub-grade Preparation, 554.50 Cu. M. Aggregate Base Course, 3,269.49 Sq. M. PCC Pavement (Plain, Conventional Method, 230mm Thick), 599.18 Cu. M. Grouted Riprap, 316.78 Cu. M. Stone Masonry, 4,481.11 Reinforcing Steel Bar, 56.06 Cu. M. Structural Concrete, 17.00 Li. M. Pipe Culvert (910mm Dia., 36”Ø) and 591.00 Li. M. Curb & Gutter. Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
