Construction of a New Material Recovery Facility, IDH, Agbago, Ibajay, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 1217 Series 2026

INVITATION TO BID 1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through 20% NTA Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 500,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Construction of a New Material Recovery Facility, IDH, Agbago, Ibajay, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 1217 Series 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Forty Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Provincial Government of Aklan BAC Secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during office hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents and plans may be acquired by interested bidders from October 27, 2026 to November 4, 2026 from the address and website/s below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos Only (₱ 500.00) payable to the Provincial Treasurer’s Office Cashier. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees indicated below. 6. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through (i) manual submission at the office address as indicated below, (ii) online or electronic submission as indicated below, or (iii) both} on or before November 4, 2026, 2:00 P.M.
