INVITATION TO BID FOR GENERAL OVERHAUL, RECONDITIONING, RESTORATION AND OPERATIONAL REHABILITATION OF ONE (1) UNIT NAVISTAR FIRE TRUCK 1) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), through the FY2026 Corporate Operating Budget for the contract approved by the SBMA Governing Board, intends, to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,780,000.00) inclusive of VAT and other taxes being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the GENERAL OVERHAUL, RECONDITIONING, RESTORATION AND OPERATIONAL REHABILITATION OF ONE (1) UNIT NAVISTAR FIRE TRUCK, SBMA-BAC-GOODS-IB-72-26. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) now invites bids for the 1 lot - GENERAL OVERHAUL, RECONDITIONING, RESTORATION AND OPERATIONAL REHABILITATION OF ONE (1) UNIT NAVISTAR FIRE TRUCK using the Fit for Purpose procurement strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least a single contract for the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
