INVITATION TO BID PRINTING OF 200,000 PIECES VALENZUELA NGAYON MAGAZINE 1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Printing and Publication Expenses-General Services Office intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION (PhP11,000,000.00) (BC# 115 Ref. No. 26-136) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 130-PRINTING/VAL NGAYON-PIO-GSO-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the printing of 200,000 pcs Valenzuela Ngayon Magazine. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i.
