Republic of the Philippines Province of Davao de Oro Municipality of Laak INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS OF MULTI-PURPOSE RESCUE VEHICLES WITH EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT 1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its CY 2026 Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund (LDRRMF) – Trust Fund, pursuant to Municipal Resolution No. 17LC-0812 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱3,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS OF MULTI-PURPOSE RESCUE VEHICLES WITH EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-1205. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS OF MULTI-PURPOSE RESCUE VEHICLES WITH EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL EQUIPMENT UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-1205 using the Public Bidding method pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR). Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
