INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD INGREDIENTS FOR THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM 1) The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF LAAK, DAVAO DE ORO, through its Trust Fund - School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Ninety-Six Thousand Fifty-One Pesos Only (₱7,096,051.00). being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD INGREDIENTS FOR THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-1283. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Laak now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD INGREDIENTS FOR THE SCHOOL-BASED FEEDING PROGRAM UNDER PB(G) PR NO. 26-1283, using a Single-Stage Single-Envelope Competitive Bidding procedure. Delivery of the Goods shall commence within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and shall be completed through staggered deliveries in accordance with the approved feeding schedule within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i.
