The Barangay Tamulalod, Dumarao, Capiz, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Three Hundred Forty Pesos Only (P152,340.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for Construction of Perimeter Fence at Covered Gym. Brgy. Tamulalod , Dumarao, Capiz with ITB No. TAMULALOD-2026-10-01G. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Barangay Tamulalod, Dumarao, Capiz now invites bids for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Construction of Perimeter Fence at Covered Gym. Brgy. Tamulalod, Dumarao, Capiz. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 12009. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
