Concreting of Farm-To-Market Road located at Brgy. Bongkol, Liliw, Laguna

The Municipal Government of Liliw, Laguna, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites bidders top bid for the hereunder project: Name of Project: Concreting of Farm-To-Market Road located at Brgy. Bongkol, Liliw, Laguna Approved Budget for the Contract: Php10,000,000.00 Bidding will be conducted through competitive procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Republic Act 12009. Interested bidders should have completed similar project with at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC and meet the minimum eligibility requirements stated in the Instruction to Bidders (ITB). Bidding is restricted to sole proprietorship, partnership, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) outstanding capital stock belong to the citizens of the Philippines. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders up to November 9, 2026 at 10:00AM, in the Municipal Government of Liliw, Laguna upon payment of non-refundable amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos (Php10,000.00). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security or any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB. Late bids shall not be acceptable. Bids received that exceed ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of Liliw, Laguna shall award the Contract to the Bidder whose Bid is determined to be the Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB), based on the combined evaluation of the Technical and Financial Criteria, with a weight allocation of seventy percent (70%) for the Technical Criteria and thirty percent (30%) for the Financial Criteria, as specified in the Bidding Documents and in accordance with Republic Act No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
