Republic of the Philippines Province of Southern Leyte Municipality of Malitbog BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The Barangay Local Government Unit of Brgy. San Isidro, Malitbog, Southern Leyte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites contractors registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract: PURCHASE & INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTING - ₱ 1,072,655.20 1. Prospective bidders should possess a valid license applicable for the contract. 2. The eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids will use the non-discretionary “Pass/Fail” criteria. 3. A complete set of Bidding Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon submission of the Letter of Intent (LOI) and payment of a non-refundable fee of FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (₱5,000.00) 4. Eligible bidders must submit their bids at the Barangay Hall of San Isidro, Malitbog on or before November 16, 2026 @ 9:00 in the morning. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security either in the following forms; cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank draft irrevocable letter of credit or a bank guarantee. 5. Late bids will not be accepted. The Approved Budget of the Contact under Bidding (ABCB) will only be disclosed after the Opening of Bids.
