INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS RADIOLOGY SUPPLIES (27 LINE ITEMS UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR ONE (1) YEAR) – EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY CY 2027 IB NO. 27-024 1) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute, through the 2027 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million One Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Pesos Only (Php 45,194,848.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB No. 27-024 Supply and Delivery of Various Radiology Supplies (27 Line Items under Framework Agreement for One (1) Year) – Early Procurement Activity CY 2027 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for procurement of Radiology supplies as stated above using the Early Procurement Activities (EPA). Delivery of the Goods is required as indicated in the Section VI. Schedule of Requirements of this PBD. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
