SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT OF 750KVA DIESEL GENERATOR SET 2026-GOODS-036-01-1028 1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the INCOME (PAV)-CO, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION PESOS (PHP8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT OF 750KVA DIESEL GENERATOR SET. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT OF 750KVA DIESEL GENERATOR SET. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days after receipt of the approved Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
