Contract No.: 25-035 PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) – UNITS PUBLIC HANDWASHING FACILITY WITH COMFORT ROOM

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) – UNITS PUBLIC HANDWASHING FACILITY WITH COMFORT ROOM 1) The Municipal Government of Motiong through the Local Government Support Fund – Growth equity Fund (LGSF-GEF) Funding Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 2,780,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) – UNITS PUBLIC HANDWASHING FACILITY WITH COMFORT ROOM with Contract No.: 26-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Motiong invites bids for the PROCUREMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) – UNITS PUBLIC HANDWASHING FACILITY WITH COMFORT ROOM. Completion of the Works is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
