Purchase of service vehicle

INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Purchase of Service Vehicle 1) The Municipality of Batuan, through the FY 2026 Annual Budget, Office of the Mayor - Capital Outlay as approved through Appropriation Ordinance No. 13-46-2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 2,250,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Service Vehicle. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the Purchase of One (1) Unit Service Vehicle, with the contract to be awarded to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB), in accordance with the applicable procurement rules. Delivery of the goods shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders must have completed a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the Project within the period prescribed under the applicable procurement rules and bidding documents. The eligibility requirements and other qualifications of prospective bidders are specified in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II, Instructions to Bidders. 2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i) Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 3) Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 4) Prebid conference will be conducted
