Republic of the Philippines Province of Bohol Municipality of Maribojoc Barangay Toril BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID The Barangay Toril of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol invites duly interested Suppliers /Contractors/Distributors who met the following criteria, to apply for Eligibility and to Bid for the supply of goods for the following; Name of Project: Barangay Road Concreting Purok 1 Location: Toril, Maribojoc, Bohol Source of Funds: 20% Development Fund CY 2026 App. Budget for the Contract: P 274,700.00 Contract Duration: 10 Calendar Days Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation (Revised IRR) of Republic Act 12009, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act". Bid documents will be issued on October 28, 2026 until November 5, 2026 at the Toril, Barangay Hall. Bids must be submitted at Toril Barangay Hall, Maribojoc, BohoL on or before 2:00 PM on November 5, 2026 and shall be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day at the Toril, Barangay Hall in the presence of the members of the BAC or its authorized representative and all the participating bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB and bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Barangay Toril of the Municipality of Maribojoc, Bohol reserves the right to reject any or all bids found to be disadvantageous to the government or failed to comply with the provisions of the bidding procedures.
