OPENING WITH CONCRETING OF ROAD AT BRGY. BAGONG LIPUNAN, CARIGARA, LEYTE

1. The Local Government Unit of Carigara, through the SBDP FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 2,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONCRETING OF PCCP, L=217.35M X W=2.50M X T=0.20M WITH STONE MASONRY AT STA 0+108 L=15.00M. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Carigara now invites bids for OPENING WITH CONCRETING OF ROAD AT BRGY. BAGONG LIPUNAN, CARIGARA, LEYTE Completion of the Works is required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Local Government Unit of Carigara and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 28, 2026, from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 5,000.00. 6.
