Republic of the Philippines Province of Oriental Mindoro MUNICIPALITY OF SAN TEODORO INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REHABILITATION OF TWO MULTI PURPOSE BUILDING AT SAN TEODORO MANGROVE CONSERVATION AND ECO TOURISM PARK AT BARANGAY LUMANGBAYAN No. 2026-52 October 27, 2026 1. The Municipality of San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty One Pesos and 63/100 (Php 1,599,551.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% Development Fund, to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Two Multi Purpose Building at San Teodoro Mangrove Conservation and Eco Tourism Park at Barangay Lumangbayan, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of San Teodoro, Oriental Mindoro now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Power System at San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro. Completion of the Works is 60 Calendar Days, Bidders should possess a valid PCAB License with Size Range of at least Small B and should have completed a contract similar to the Project with a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC to be bid. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Budget Office, San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
