SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (EPA-FA-2027-01)

Section I. INVITATION TO BID SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ID NO. EPA-FA-2027-01 1) The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER (VSMMC), through the 2027 GAA/IGF intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Million Two Thousand Five Hundred Forty-Two Pesos Only. (₱370,002,542.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (EPA-FA-2027-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The VSMMC now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LABORATORY SUPPLIES AND REAGENTS (EARLY PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY) FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (EPA-FA-2027-01) . Delivery of the Goods is required until December 31, 2027. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
