Purchase and Delivery of Medical Equipment for Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan and Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Sinait

REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR VIGAN CITY INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Purchase and Delivery of Medical Equipment for Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan and Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Sinait 1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund -Hospital Operations and Maintenance intends to apply the sum of PhP23,110,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase and Delivery of Medical Equipment for Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan and Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Sinait-PGIS-208-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for Purchase and Delivery of Medical Equipment for Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Narvacan and Ilocos Sur District Hospital-Sinait. Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
