SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY MACHINE (EPA)

INVITATION TO BID SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY MACHINE (EPA) IB NO. 2027-GOODS-006-01-1029 1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of TWELVE MILLION PESOS (PHP 12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY MACHINE (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT 2D ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY MACHINE (EPA). Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
