Republic of the Philippines Province of Agusan del Sur Municipality of Trento Invitation to Bid CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATED WATER TANK WITH 2 BLUE TANK 1) The Municipal Government of Trento, through the MEEDO intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (₱ 1,000,000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATED WATER TANK WITH 2 BLUE TANK. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Trento now invites bids for bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred (100) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, thru the Head- BAC Secretariat, Municipal Hall, Trento, Agusan del Sur and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday at 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 29, 2026 to November 17, 2026 from the address and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,000.00).
