REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD WITH BOX CULVERT - MALAMIN, SAN JUAN, ILOCOS SUR

INVITATION TO BID FOR REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD WITH BOX CULVERT - MALAMIN The Municipality of San Juan through the RA7171 – 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE NUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE PESOS & 10/100 (Php.2,999,883.10) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD WITH BOX CULVERT - MALAMIN / 00026-0000080. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Municipality of San Juan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipality of San Juan and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Friday @ 8:00AM to 5:00PM.. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on OCTOBER 29, 2026 – NOVEMBER 17, 2026 from given address and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php.5,000.00.The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees and it will be presented in person. The Municipality of San Juan will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on NOVEMBER 5, 2026 @ 2:00 PM at CONFERENCE HALL, BALAY TI ILI, BANNUAR, SAN JUAN, ILOCOS SUR which shall be open to prospective bidders. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address as indicated below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
