Republic of the Philippines ZAMBOANGA CITY WATER DISTRICT Pilar Street, Zamboanga City INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply & Delivery of Various Water Meter for Replacement of Aging Water Meters and New Tapping 1. The Zamboanga City Water District, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Board for year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Four Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos (P 15,485,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to the total amount of the Two (2) lots for the Supply & Delivery of Various Water Meter for Replacement of Aging Water Meters and New Tapping. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Lot No. 1 Description: Water Meter (15mm) – single jet Approved Budget for the Contract: Five Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (P 5,320,000.00) Delivery Schedule: 1st delivery: 35 calendar days upon receipt of NTP Lot No. 2 Description: Water Meter (13mm) – single jet Approved Budget for the Contract: Ten Million One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos (P 10,165,000.00) Delivery Schedule: 1st delivery: 35 calendar days upon receipt of NTP 2nd delivery: 30 calendar days from Date of Completion of 1st Delivery 2. The Zamboanga City Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (Please refer to the Table above). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
