Construction of Center for Solar Technology and Innovation Building (Phase II)

1) The Tarlac State University, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) 2027 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Two Hundred Forty-One and 67/100 Pesos (₱ 34,996,241.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Center for Solar Technology and Innovation Building (Phase II). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Tarlac State University now invites bids for Construction of Center for Solar Technology and Innovation Building (Phase II). Completion of the Works is required within Two Hundred Ten (210) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
