Morales, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato 1) The Provincial Government of South Cotabato, through the OPG Staff PPE 1-07-02-990 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 999,337.74 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of SCPPO Perimeter Fence (Front), SCPPO Compound, Brgy. Morales, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato/INF - ITB 26-148. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of South Cotabato now invites bids for Completion of SCPPO Perimeter Fence (Front), SCPPO Compound, Brgy. Morales, City of Koronadal, South Cotabato. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
