PROCUREMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE IN-HOUSE CATERING, ADVOCACY TOKENS, RECOGNITION AWARDS, AND BANNERS PACKAGE (1 LOT) FOR THE BARANGAY GENDER SENSITIVITY, VAWC PREVENTION, AND SAFE SPACES ACT (RA 11313) MAINSTREAMING ORIENTATION** 1. The **Barangay Government of Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City**, through the **5% Mandatory Gender and Development (GAD) Fund CY 2026**, intends to apply the sum of **THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 300,000.00)** being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the *"Procurement of Comprehensive In-House Catering, Advocacy Tokens, Recognition Awards, and Banners Package (1 Lot) for the Barangay Gender Sensitivity, VAWC Prevention, and Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313) Mainstreaming Orientation"*. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.Delivery of the Goods and execution of services are required **within the month of December 2026** at the Barangay Gun-ob Multi-Purpose Hall. Bidders should have completed, a Single Largest Completed Contract (SLCC) similar to the project equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC pursuant to the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009\.
