CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED EXTENSION OF AHS BUILDING PHASE 2

ISABELA STATE UNIVERSITY- City of Ilagan CAMPUS Invitation to Bid for Proposed Extension of AHS Building Phase II 1) The Isabela State University-City of Ilagan Campus through the Supplemental Budget 164 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Six Pesos and 39/100 Only (₱ 2, 991, 476.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Extension of AHS Building Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Isabela State University- City of Ilagan Campus now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Seventeen (117) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Isabela State University- City of Ilagan Campus, Procurement Office/ the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) through its Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on November 9-23, 2026 from the Procurement Office, Isabela State University-City of Ilagan Campus, Calamagui 2nd City of Ilagan Isabela and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB,
