LAYOUT AND DESIGN, PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF 2027 LGU-CARAMOAN WALL CALENDAR FOR DISTRIBUTION

INVITATION TO BID FOR LAYOUT AND DESIGN, PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF 2027 LGU-CARAMOAN WALL CALENDAR FOR DISTRIBUTION 1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN, through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱600,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the LAYOUT AND DESIGN, PRINTING AND DELIVERY OF 2027 LGU-CARAMOAN WALL CALENDAR FOR DISTRIBUTION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF CARAMOAN now invites bids for the supply and delivery of grocery items as gift package for employees using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) as the award criterion following the procedures under Sections 61 of the same IRR. Delivery of the Goods is required within 25 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
