Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF ALBAY MUNICIPALITY OF OAS BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID The LGU-Oas, Albay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Contractors / Suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two (2) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check / Screening as well as the Preliminary Execution of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR). Issuance of Bid Documents November 9 – 13, 2026 4. Submission of Bids November 18, 2026 at 10:00am 5. Opening of Bids November 18, 2026 at 2:00pm 6. Bid Evaluation 7 days after bid opening The foregoing bidding activities shall be conducted at the Municipal Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, at the Office of the Municipal Engineer, Municipal Hall of Oas, Albay Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of the BAC Chairman or at the BAC Secretariat Office. To apply and to bid for this Contract, interested bidders must submit the photocopy and original (for authentication purposes) of the following documents: (1) DTI Business Name Registration or SEC Registration or CDA; (2) Valid and Current Mayo
