INVITATION TO BID For Infrastructure Project: REHABILITATION OF DRAINAGE CANAL ALONG BROWER ROAD IN FRONT OF DIAZ RESIDENCE PHASE ll. The Barangay Government of Campo Filipino, Baguio City, through its National Tax Allotment (NTA) funds, intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱600,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal along Brower Road, Infront of Diaz Residence Phase ll. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be rejected at the bid opening. The Campo Filipino Barangay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the work is required 30 Calendar days. Bidder should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section ll (Instruction to Bidder). The Campo Filipino Barangay through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in the procurement of the following infrastructure project: Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in accordance with the applicable provisions of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other applicable procurement guidelines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat of Campo Filipino Barangay Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 30, 2026 until November 13, 2026.
