The Municipality of San Francisco, Southern Leyte, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the following project: Name of Project : CONSTRUCTION OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD, BARANGAY DAKIT, SITIO CANGKASTO, SAN FRANCISCO, SOUTHERN LEYTE Description : PCCP = 0.20m x 5m x 40m = 40 CUBIC METER Location : BARANGAY DAKIT, SITIO CANGKASTO, SAN FRANCISCO, SO. LEYTE ABC : 2,600,000.00 Duration : 150 CALENDAR DAYS Source of Fund : SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1, 2026 (20% DEVELOPMENT FUND) All particulars relative to Eligibility and Screening, Bid Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA),” its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), and applicable Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB) issuances, guidelines, Philippine Bidding Documents, and Standard Procurement Forms, as may be applicable to the procurement.
