REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES CITY GOVERNMENT OF OROQUIETA Bids and Awards Committee City of Good Life INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 98,000 LITERS DIESEL FUEL, FOR THE CONSUMPTION OF GOVERNMENT SERVICE VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT OPERATING IN THE CITY OF OROQUIETA FOR THE PERIOD OF NOVEMBER 2026 AND ONWARDS (SECOND NOTICE) 1) The City Government of Oroquieta, through the OCM – MOOE – Fuel, Oil, and Lubricants Expenses intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (PhP10,378,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of 98,000 liters Diesel Fuel, for the consumption of Government Service Vehicles and Equipment operating in the City of Oroquieta for the period of November 2026 and onwards, with PR No. 100-09-26-02501.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Oroquieta now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of 98,000 liters Diesel Fuel, clean and free from contaminants. Delivery of the Goods is required from November 2026 and onwards or upon receipt of the approved Purchase Order (PO) / Notice to Proceed (NtP). Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
