No. 332-3000 (LOC 423) -----------o0o-------- 1st NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF PEOPLE'S MUSEUM PHASE III LOCATED AT BAYOMBONG, NUEVA VIZCAYA 1) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya), through the PAA No. 1s 2025 – Current Appropriation (OSPA-Excise Tax) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Four Pesos and Twelve Centavos (₱7,268,224.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Improvement of People's Museum Phase III located at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Local Government Unit of Nueva Vizcaya (PLGU-Nueva Vizcaya) now invites bids for Rehabilitation and Improvement of People's Museum Phase III located at Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Fifty Eight (258) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (Two (2) years) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Local Government Unit
