INVITATION TO BID PROCUREMENT OF 1 UNIT OF AMBULANCE FOR THE RESCUE OPERATIONS OF THE VCDRRM OFFICE 1) The City Government of Valenzuela, through the Disaster Response & Rescue Equip-Local Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY (PhP2,455,790.00) (BC# 117 Ref. No. 26-140) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Project Reference No.: 135-AMBULANCE-LDRRMF-GOODS-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Valenzuela now invites bids for the procurement of 1 unit of ambulance for the rescue operations of the VCDRRM Office. The contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within 90 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. i.
