CB-2026-10-38 1. The Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital (DJRMH), through the Capital Outlay (CO) under FY 2026 Trust Account of Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos Only (P 20,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement Of Radiology Information System- Picture Archiving And Communication System (RIS-PACS) For Radiology And Imaging Section per PR No. 2026-10-395 dated October 15, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The DJRMH invites bids for the above Procurement projects. The delivery, installation and implementation of the system and its accessories, must be completed within 60 calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
