PB 05-2027 (EPA) PROCUREMENT OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES

Invitation to Bid for Procurement of Medical Supplies 1)The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) of 2027[] intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (13,830,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Medical Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for Procurement of Medical Supplies[.] using the Public Bidding under Early Procurement Activity using Single-Year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) calendars upon receipt of the approve Call-Off Order. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
