Republic of the Philippines Province of Marinduque MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA -o0o- INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOOD SUPPLIES FOR 2026 PALARONG MARINDUQUE 1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BUENAVISTA, MARINDUQUE, through the Sports Development Program 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 50/100 Only (₱399,615.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Food Supplies for 2026 Palarong Marinduque. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BUENAVISTA, MARINDUQUE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 calendar days after the receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
