Republic of the Philippines Province of Oriental Mindoro MUNICIPALITY OF SAN TEODORO BARANGAY TACLIGAN INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PURCHASE & DELIVERY OF ICT EQUIPMENT No. 2026-005 October 30, 2026 1.The Barangay Tacligan San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of Seventy Thousand Pesos Only (Php 70,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from Capital Outlay- Barangay Tacligan San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of ICT Equipment). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Barangay Tacligan San Teodoro now invites to bid of Purchase & Delivery of ICT Equipment) Delivery of Materials is required within Fifteen (15) days upon receipt of award. The description of Purchase & Delivery of ICT Equipment). an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders. 3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.Bidding is open to all interested bidders, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. 5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Barangay Hall, Tacligan San Teodoro, Or. Mindoro and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. 6.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on October 31 , 2026 to November 11, 2026 at 09:00 am. from the address below and upon payment of a non- refundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) 7.Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before November 11, 2026 at 10:00 am All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB. 8.Bid opening shall be on November 11, 2026
