(28.78) : Conduits, boxes, fittings: 1ls (3.43%) : Wires & Wiring devices: 1ls (5.88%) Approved Budget for the Contract : PhP 600,000.00 Source of Fund : LGU-Allen (20%EDF FY2026) Contract Duration : 150 calendar days Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB license applicable to the contract, have completed at least one (1) similar contract within the last ten (10) years with a value of at least 50% of the ABC and have key personnel and equipment available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check as well as the preliminary examination of bids and will conduct post-qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid. All particulars relative to eligibility check, bid security, performance security, pre-bid conference, bid evaluation, post-qual and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA9184 and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
