Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY Municipality of Buug Barangay Talairan BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Invitation to Bid for the improvement of Multi-Purpose Building . The Barangayt Talairan of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN PESOS & 39/100 only (Php570,477.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING(TALAIRAN) Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening. 2. The Barangay Talairan of Buug now invites bids for the above Project. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “NEW Government Procurement RAct”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office, Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 5.
