The Provincial Government of Kalinga, through the AIP Code 9000-940-1-01-018-001-51 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND, EIGTHY THREE PESOS AND NINETY-ONE CENTS. ₱494,083.91 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE/ EVACUATION CENTER Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Kalinga now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTIPURPOSE/ EVACUATION CENTER Completion of the Works requires 30 CD Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)". Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Kalinga and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday. 5.
