REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings under Section 35 of RA No. 12009 Project Reference No.: PAR POBLACION 6 G-2026-01 Project Name: Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Repair of Barangay Road in Poblacion 6, Paranas, Samar To All Eligible Suppliers: 1. The Barangay Local Government of Poblacion 6, Municipality of Paranas, Samar, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites legally, technically, and financially capable suppliers to submit their price quotations for the Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials for the Repair of Barangay Road in Poblacion 6, Paranas, Samar 2. This alternative mode of procurement is being resorted to pursuant to BAC Resolution 02, Series of 2026 declaring a Second Failure of Bidding in accordance with Section 64 of Republic Act No. 12009 (New Government Procurement Act) and the subsequent resort to Negotiated Procurement – Two Failed Biddings under Section 35 of its 2025 IRR. 3. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Two Hundred Four Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos only (Php 204,180.00) as finalized during the mandatory technical and market review. 4.
