INVITATION TO BID FOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT OF UP-PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM 1) The UP - PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the Fund 101 FY2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS and 00/100 (Php4,900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT OF UP-PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The UP - PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL now invites bids for MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDING SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT OF UP-PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL INFORMATION SYSTEM, using the Competitive Bidding. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
