Procurement of Administrative and Office Equipment @ Barangay Calaccad, Tabuk City, Kalinga

Prospective bidder shall have an SLCC that is at least one (1) contract similar to the Project the value of which, adjusted to current prices using the PSA’s CPI, must be at least equivalent to: a. For the procurement of Non-expendable Supplies and Services, the bidder must have completed a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC. b. For the procurement of Expendable Supplies, the bidder must have completed a single contract that is similar to this Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. Bid Documents are available during office hours at the Barangay Hall, Callacad, Tabuk City, Kalinga upon payment of a non-refundable amount of bid documents as stated above to the BLGU Cashier. All bid proposals should be received by the BAC Chairman/Secretariat on or before November 9, 2026 at 9:00AM at the BAC Meeting Room, Barangay Hall, Callacad, Tabuk City, Kalinga Bid opening shall be on November 9, 2026 at 9:00AM in the morning at the BAC Meeting Room, Barangay Hall, Callacad, Tabuk City, Kalinga The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or part thereof, or to waive formality therein and/or to accept the bids as may be considered most advantageous to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Callacad.
