Republic of the Philippines City Government of Cagayan de Oro BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of HBA1C and other items; PR No. 26-4229 dated 21 September 2026; SN 175 - 2026 1) The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through the Special Health Fund - CHO 2026- Medical, Dental and Laboratory Supplies Expenses, intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Twenty One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty and 00/100 Pesos (PhP3,121,730.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of HBA1C and other items; PR No. 26-4229 dated 21 September 2026; SN 175 - 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Cagayan de Oro now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of HBA1C and other items; PR No. 26-4229 dated 21 September 2026; SN 175 - 2026. Delivery of the Goods Delivery of the Goods/Services is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least within Five (5) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
